- Hydraulic power chucks are suitable for use in both CNC and conventional lathe machines.
Eccentric Compensating Power Chuck
- We manufacture 3-jaw eccentric compensating power chucks with diameters of 250 mm and 315 mm.
- The chucks are equipped with a ground center that aligns the workpiece along the centerline.
- Eccentricity of approximately 4 mm (diametrical) can be compensated in our power chucks.

Front operated power chucks

- Suitable for indexing, 4th axis, and SPMs where required RPM is up to 200, ensuring accurate centring and efficient gripping.

Hydraulic rotary cylinder
- We manufacture closed-type hydraulic rotary cylinders in sizes of 80 mm, 120 mm, and 160 mm diameter.
- These cylinders operate at a maximum speed of 2000 RPM and an operating pressure of 30 kg/cm².
- Suitable hydraulic cylinders are selected based on the required draw pull.
Hard & Soft jaws
- We manufacture soft jaws and hard jaws with various types of serration.
- Available serration types include: 1/16 x 90°, 1.5 x 60°, 3 x 60°, and 3/32 x 90°.
- Custom-built soft jaws and hard jaws are designed and manufactured as per requirements.
Turret Sleeves
- We manufacture turret blocks as per the mounting arrangement required on the turret.
- Turret reduction sleeves are available ex-stock.
