Stationary Power chuck
We manufacture 2-jaw, 3-jaw, 4-jaw, and 6-jaw built-in type hydraulic/pneumatic power chucks in various diameters such as 135, 165, 210, 250, 315, 400, and 500 mm. These chucks are suitable for machining centres, drilling machines, and other applications, ensuring accurate centring and efficient gripping. Their high gripping precision delivers improved quality and higher efficiency. We also produce close type, thru-bore type, and long-stroke stationary power chucks with customized top tooling.

Eccentric Compensating Power Chuck
We manufacture 3-jaw eccentric compensating power chucks in sizes 250mm and 315mm. These chucks are equipped with a grounded center that ensures precise alignment of the workpiece along the centerline. They are designed to compensate eccentricity of up to 4mm (diametrical), making them highly reliable for accurate machining. Front Operated Power Chuck
We manufacture 2-jaw, 3-jaw, 4-jaw, and 6-jaw front-operated pneumatic chucks in various diameters including 135, 165, 210, 250, 315, 400, and 500mm. These chucks are ideal for indexing, 4th-axis applications, and SPMs where the required RPM is up to 200, ensuring accurate centering and secure gripping. With high gripping precision, they deliver better machining quality and efficiency. We also provide close-type, thru-bore type, and long-stroke stationary power chucks, along with customized top tooling to meet specific requirements. Designed for durability and consistent performance, our pneumatic chucks are a reliable choice for diverse industrial applications.

Rotary Cylinder
We manufacture closed-type hydraulic rotary cylinders in sizes Ø80, Ø120, and Ø160 mm. These cylinders are designed to operate at a maximum speed of 2000 RPM with an operating pressure of 30 kg/cm². Depending on the required draw pull, the appropriate hydraulic cylinder can be selected for optimal performance. Built for reliability, precision, and durability, our hydraulic rotary cylinders ensure smooth operation and consistent clamping in various machining applications.

Turret Sleeves
We manufacture turret blocks as per the required mounting arrangement on the turret, ensuring accurate fit and reliable performance. In addition, we offer turret reduction sleeves with O.D. 40, 32, 25, 20mm and I.D. ranging from 6 to 32mm, which are available ex-stock for quick delivery. We manufacture soft jaws and hard jaws with a variety of serrations such as 1/16 x 90°, 1.5 x 60°, 3 x 60°, and 3/32 x 90°.
